Thomas Douglas began his career chasing hail storms across the southern US, where he gained invaluable insights into the insurance process while assisting with production needs for a larger roofing company from 2008 to 2013. Recognizing the flaws of larger corporations, including production issues and customer dissatisfaction, Jim and Thomas embarked on a mission to create a more manageable, niche exterior restoration company that prioritizes customer needs above all else.
