Thomas Douglas began his career chasing hail storms across the southern U.S., where he gained invaluable insights into the insurance process while assisting with production needs for a larger roofing company from 2008 to 2013.
Recognizing the flaws of larger corporations—including production issues and customer dissatisfaction—Jim and Thomas embarked on a mission to create a more manageable, niche exterior restoration company that prioritizes customer needs above all else.
2008–2013: Field & Insurance Experience
Thomas developed practical insight into storm restoration, roofing production, and the insurance process while working throughout the southern United States.
