My roof had shingles damaged from a wind storm. I was working with another company, when the insurance company paid to replace 12 shingles. The other company stopped returning my calls. Thomas was referred to me by a friend to do the repair. Thomas sent a shingle out to find the exact match, then got the shingles needed to do repair. He then worked with the insurance company and got approval for a full roof replacement. They built my roof in 1 day, and the clean up after was like they were never here, 5 stars all around.

Such wonderful folks to work with. They arrived with many selections from which to choose. Because they had previous customers in my neighborhood, drove me around to see actual roofs and gutters. They reviewed our insurance claim and showed materials which stayed within the claim amount. Did not try to up-sell anything. The crew arrived on scheduled and completed the work as promised. They worked safely and cautiously and did a great clean up job. Assured Restoration has a professional reputation working on roofing and gutters, they know how to work with both insurance companies and homeowner associations, we were approved by both without any changes. This is so important when making home changes.
